I do. Quite often too. But I adore the idea of being someone else for a while. So that's the main reason why I love cospaly.
Do you cosplay? If so, who?

dfhjgajsdfh I love to cosplay! ... but I've only done it once and it was unsuccessful really, so I'm hoping to do it again when I'm a bit more prepared costume-wise. ^_^;
But I do love to see all the people that cosplay and go all out- it's incredible! <3

Cosplaying is fun. I love getting into character.
My outfits aren't exactly the best but they work. I must agree that seeing people who go full out is incredible.

I've never been to a con before, so there was never a chance to cosplay. This Feb. will be my first con. I'm deciding between Miku from Vocaloid or Su from Shugo Chara.

My hubs wants me to make some costumes for whatever con we end up going to next year. If I do, that will be a costume for him, one for me and one for our friend Mewmew. He wants me to make him his gear on FFXI. In.ter.est.ing. @_@ I don't actually have a pic of it atm... lol My friend wants to cosplay a Scholar. And I'm thinking about making a Puppetmaster outfit for myself... this pic is for a male and female elvaan, but I was a mithra, so add cat ears and a tail. :3 Beware of rant ahead: But what I REALLY want to do it dress my husband up like Angeal and dress myself up as Zack .... and go crazy. He'd be amazing as Angeal... he's got the tasty manly bulk... Mmm. Anyway, those two are sexy together. *drool* Aaaaaaaanyway, I just actually really wanna cosplay a bishie SO BAD. Like rly bad. I don't have the body type for it though... I'm short and thick with big boobs. I don't even know if I could BIND those babies. @_@ Boo hoo. Rant over.

See, I don't bind and as much as I probably should, since I seem to only cosplay guys for some weird reason, I just have no urge to. And getting these buggers down is definitally harder than it looks. I've tried and it didn't work well. >.>
I really need to add more female characters to my cosplay list...

Ok, I don't cosplay but I love taking pictures of cosplayers when their costumes are great. At NYAF 2008 there was this guy wandering around that looked SOOOO much like what I think a real L would look like, that I wasn't even sure he was cosplaying. I first saw him when he walked by our Artist Alley table looking at stuff while holding his thumb to his mouth. I was too afraid to ask him for a pic in case he wasn't cosplaying, but then decided later to try to catch him anyway. My future sis-in-law and I were sharing the table, and we ended up making a scavenger hunt of it to try to find him. I saw him again at one point and sent her off to take a pic, but he disappeared behind a corner and she lost him. We didn't see him again that whole day. Then on Sunday, I caught a glimpse of him again and he was dressed in the blue jeans and white shirt the same as Saturday, so I was almost 100% sure he was cosplaying L. Lost him around a corner again, and was losing hope I'd catch him. Then all of a sudden, I was over at a table in the dealer's area looking at some manga, and I looked up and he was right in front of me. So I finally got my pic of him! ANYWAY - back to the point. ;D So I don't cosplay, but I want to wear something a little out-of-the-ordinary this year at NYAF. I was thinking about going a bit 80s. Like the big hair, raglan baseball tee , skinny jeans, and maybe a bandana around my wrist? Thoughts?

I haven't actually cosplayed... but I am planning on it. I love going to conventions and seeing all the marvelous cosplay, it always gets me amped up to do my own sometime. I have however helped with others cosplays. I also did one all by me lonesome and it was of course one Troy's great characters, Snow Villiers X)! I was so proud! I love to make costumes and see them come out looking right
