I've heard of this series. But nothing more.
I might have to check it out since Troy is in it...

I've seen some of this series. IT. IS. VERY. VIOLENT. I had to stop watching it because it just went TOO far for me...

I got through the first 6 episodes and I'm feening for more!! Good thing I have the next disc in the mail from netflix.
The love story is so tragic. <3 And to hear Troy be all lovey-dovey is quite sweet.

I love Basilisk.Gennosuke-sama is one of my favorite characters that Troy does. And yes,it's violent and tragic, especially the end,but it was more than worth watching to me.

Hey Kyashi,if the violence of the anime was too much for you the anime was based on a novel and a movie called Shinobi.I haven't read the book, but I di see the movie and not only is it beautifully done,it's less violent than the anime.I hope you give it a shot.It really is a good story.
